Privacy notice
Esteborg is a platform operated by WoOw People. This notice explains information that may be processed when using the public website, Members VIP, training programs and Esteborg Connect.

1. Data that may be processed
Identification and contact data provided by the user; account and authentication data; Stripe purchase or subscription information; usage, progress and Performance Graph data; and content the user chooses to send to AI coaches. Sensitive information is not required to use Esteborg.
2. Purposes
Create and protect accounts; enable purchased programs; manage payments, subscriptions and account recovery; track progress; maintain the Performance Graph; issue and verify eligible certificates; provide support; improve security and operation; and respond to user instructions.
3. Esteborg Connect and external integrations
Users may authorize external tools such as ChatGPT or Codex to access Esteborg through Esteborg Connect. Read permission may share professional context, roadmap, the skill catalog and a privacy-minimized Performance Graph. Write permission enables changes only when authorized by the user, such as recording evidence, assessments or roadmap updates. The MCP Performance Graph view does not return the internal account ID or email. External tools are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Connect authorization and security
Esteborg Connect uses OAuth authorization with PKCE and separate read/write permissions. Authorization codes and refresh credentials are stored using one-way derived identifiers, and access tokens are time-limited. A new Esteborg session invalidates Connect access tied to the prior session.
5. Technology providers
Platform operation may involve infrastructure, database, payment, email and AI providers including Vercel, Render, MongoDB Atlas, Stripe, Resend and OpenAI. Each provider processes information according to its role, terms and security measures.
6. AI conversations
Messages sent to a coach or authorized integration may be processed to generate responses and maintain needed context. Do not share passwords, full card numbers, identity documents, unnecessary business secrets or sensitive information that is not required.
7. Progress, evidence and assessments
The Performance Graph may store skills, scores with an explicit source —self, coach or authorized observation—, learning or work evidence and a development roadmap. Esteborg must not fabricate scores. This information may personalize practice, preparation, reflection and recommendations.
8. Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Esteborg does not need to store full card numbers to operate the service.
9. Rights and contact
Users may request information, access, correction, updates or deletion where applicable and raise privacy questions through Esteborg’s official support channels.
10. Cookies and local storage
Functional local storage may remember language, visual theme, session and preferences. Analytics or measurement tools are disclosed according to their purpose.
11. Changes
This notice may change as features, integrations, providers or legal requirements evolve. The current version displays its update date.
